About William Messick

The Messick Group provides business development in the commercial construction and real estate development industries. We have created a unique organization by combining The Messick Group’s experience with the core issues in the development and construction process and working with clients to provide value-added construction services. We are equally at home as Construction Managers, General Contractors, or participating in a Design-Build team. Our projects can be small office fit-outs or ground-up development and range up to $20mm in bonded value. Starting with the design process, we create a successful partnership with owners and users throughout the entire construction process by working with the proper creative team in the key areas of legal, design, finance, and marketing. The implementation and administration of each development plan is controlled by Messick Companies, with experienced joint venture partners, to complete each real estate development plan. My experience includes: the design and construction of a wide variety of commercial and residential building projects; the acquisition, financing, and control of the approval process for developing real estate; and the implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies to complete each development plan I have also developed pre-construction services include producing budgets from preliminary plans or from concept plans while more detailed plans are being developed. Their close working relationships with leading architects, key subcontractors and material suppliers offers an exceptional, professional approach to building from concept to completion. Our work includes institutional, commercial and industrial clients; both new construction and renovation work, and include healthcare, multifamily, multifamily subsidized, educational and retail.
