I am passionate about stakeholder engagement and policy development. My role as a trusted collaborator extends to partnerships with key agencies like the Department of Corrections and the Virginia Beach Public Schools, where I have contributed to school safety planning. Serving as a mentor for the Department of Homeland Security Leadership Academy and being a recipient of the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award are among the achievements that underscore my dedication to leadership and professional growth within law enforcement.
