Maintain vendor records including creating new records as needed. Compile and maintain monthly/quarterly reports including Purchasing, Space Audit, Recycling, Building Inspection and Monthly Activity. Compile and maintain weekly property management report and floor plans including all changes within the building though system notifications and working with managers/admins. Verify all transactions comply with financial and RE & F policies and procedures. Maintain resources and portal pages for all Northeast locations, to include rooms, projectors and Office Guide documents for portal pages. Active member of the campus Emergency Response Team, assist with managing the team including training and drills.
