Scaled EBITDA from $60M in 2019 to $105M in 2025 despite COVID and supply chain disruptions by streamlining headcount, rationalizing SKUs to improve manufacturing and working capital, and consolidating physical plant. Built an inside sales team to capture smaller accounts and maintain customer relationships during sales transitions, growing revenue from $15M in 2019 to $20M by 2025.
