About William Moyes

So far I’ve worked at McDonald’s my entire adult life. What I thought was going to be a embarrassing job turned out to help me find out so much about what I want to do in my worklife. I want to be the upper management figure that the employees aren’t afraid of or don’t hate. My favorite part of my average work day at McDonald’s is interacting with customers which my coworkers find a little odd and that I do understand. I love the Opportunity to make people smile. Its my absolute favorite when a customer comes in angry and I end the situation with them smiling or laughing. It sounds like the “im lovin it” has been etched into my brain. Running dinner rushes almost feels like a game to me where I can almost see the weak areas that need fixing. In the Summers I’ve taken up Salmon Fishing in Bristol Bay, Alaska. I work for a small company from Minnesota that sends salmon back to Minnesota to sell for sometimes $30/lb :0 Its intense work but its great for the mind. Sometimes it’s relaxing and theres not a thing in the world that could bother you but you have to switch on that focus as soon as the net comes up. Its a race to get the net back in the water and every second means less money for all of us. Its taught me to fight hard for what I want. Thank you for reading this. My name is William Moyes.
