Design and manufacture specialized tooling and fixtures. Functional metallurgy; strengths, identification, compatibility, and machinability of materials. Expert knowledge and skill with AutoCAD drafting software. Expert knowledge and skill with Gibbs CAM programming software. Experienced knowledge of Catia V5 Design and CNC Experienced knowledge of Applicon Bravo and Compact II Experienced knowledge of Six Sigma (DMAIC methodology), TQM, SPC, quality assurance, 5-S, and JIT principals and practices. Project management and problem solving skills. Since 2005, has provided service and solutions to various clients in manufacturing design related disciplines. As instructor, designed and developed online distance learning college classes using various tools and platforms. Was instrumental in the development and continual improvement of the CAM department. William has an Associates of Applied Science degree from TSTC and holds a green Belt in Six Sigma methodology.
