About William Nasri

I am a global business professional with a proven track record in strategic planning, marketing, communications, program management and relationship management. The majority of my career has focused on international financial services, specializing in vendor finance, and more recently in senior management consulting and advisory services. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to grow and advance into roles of increasing scope and responsibility. I have lived and worked abroad for over 20 years, including expat assignments in Europe and Africa, and project work in Asia, Australia and Eastern Europe. I have also worked closely with executive board members and management teams as a trusted strategic advisor. My leadership, coaching and facilitation skills were developed in several roles that have included direct oversight of senior management teams and project workgroups. I have been able to apply my diverse background and skillset toward a variety of strategic projects, including organizational restructuring programs in the USA and Europe, and a number of process improvement and product development initiatives. My international experience has also given me the opportunity to conduct reconnaissance and market research of new countries, including the evaluation of economic and regulatory conditions, the competitive landscape and the commercial potential with existing and prospective clients. Over the years, I have also played an integral role in the due diligence process for major corporate and portfolio acquisitions.
