Recently relocated to Northern Ireland from London and seeking new opportunities and connections- An experienced consultant, strategic advisor, social entrepreneur, super-connector and catalyst supporting collaborative working across all sectors seeking to improve health and wellbeing through system change, organisational and community development, network creation and social movements- Passionate about social change using appreciative, asset-based approaches that empower by delivering through others, support self-management and are founded on deep, trusted relationships- Intentionally wide-range of professional experience in the private, public, Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE), Digital Health, Sports for Development and Arts and Cultural sectors- Full breadth of support provided from start ups to established organisations, informal networks to co-working spaces to statutory sector organisations including the NHS, Local and Regional Authorities - ACA Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10 years’ experience as a business advisor at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, advising over 30 businesses at a senior level. My work includes: • Consultancy and advice - strategy development, stakeholder engagement, organisational development and governance and establishing partnerships • Providing 1-2-1 coaching, mentoring and advice for people and organisations interested in collaboration for a social purpose • Delivering talks, events and conferences to inspire change, build networks and share experiences • Network creation and catalysing social movements • Part time squash coaching! I aim to provide additional value through making connections between all of the people, organisations and projects I work with.
