Works equally well individually or on a team, holding myself and my team to the highest integrity and standards- As Supply chain manager/Production planner, I led my teammates to reduce our out of stocks by 90% year over year while simultaneously increasing production ~40%- As Operations manager, my team was responsible for the largest year over year production growth before new building expansion (+20%) and led the logistics team to reduce our monthly finished goods inventory adjustments from ~50% to ~1-2%- As Quality control manager, I built out our yeast management program and fortified the Quality department reducing brand deviations (~80%) and established/maintained our brand cycle times- As a Scientist, I worked to more than double the amount of time we were able to sustain mice in a hibernation-like state- In every position, I was responsible for writing/implementing SOPs, training personnel, and communicating results/concerns up to management.
