About William Ouvaroff

I am ambitious, driven and enthusiastic, all of which I project into my professional approach. Drawing upon the intense significance, that only appears to be increasing, of the international political environment in the business world, my chosen area of study reflects this trend and will provide me with critical knowledge and skills to fully engage in the insurance industry. Due to the extensive critical discussion based aspect of my course, on topics such as the Israel-Palestine issue, studying Politics and International relations has developed both my communicative and reasoning skills. These, paired with my inherently logical nature, I believe can be translated confidently into successfully tackling any challenge be that individually or amongst a team dynamic. Working in education has allowed the development of my leadership and teamwork skills in an arena that is constantly changing. The necessity for regular intervention with many children has developed my problem solving as well as improving upon my leadership skills. Working at Hurlingham has presented me with the opportunity to work independently and in a group setting, both of which I am comfortable and confident in doing. I am excited to use the skills I have learnt and improved upon in the next chapter of my career in 2023.
