I am a self motivated, hit the ground running individual with great ambition to always keep improving. I have been in the IT field since February 2010 constantly honing my skills to build optimal environments for customers and coworkers. I worked my way up from Desktop Support before transitioning into Network Administration. I welcome the challenge of troubleshooting any networking or security incident in our complex IT infrastructure environment. For the first three years with RPS, I was one of a two member IT staff that provided support to 100+ customers with 200+ workstations and Servers. I will work diligently to resolve incidents with accuracy and detailed information. I have worked with my management team on extensive projects including transitioning from an IP Sec VPN tunnel connection between sites via the UTM over to MPLS using 802.1q for more efficient data flow. I update the firmware on our HP Procurve Networking gear as well as the Sophos/Astaro firewall UTM devices and HP Proliant Servers. I recently traveled to NJ as half of a two person team to move and provision all of our production gear to a new facility and get everything up and running again in a three day window of time.
