Security Specialist with an extensive law enforcement career encompassing School Resource Officer, Patrol Officer, Corrections, and Security Officer, Crime Prevention, and creating community safety programs. My career has helped me build skillsets in identifying risks unique to each organization and I have worked with leadership and administrative staff to create effective strategies that assess and manage risk, manage crises and incidents that ensure student and resident safety. I have gained recognition for my ability to lead, mentor and direct personnel, while quickly pivoting and adapting to perform effectively in challenging, evolving, and sometimes dangerous situations. I pride myself on being a competent and decisive leader who is respected by all team members. I thrive under pressure and look forward to challenges. My daily aim is to learn from others while establishing a positive and safe work environment. I believe in staying abreast of any changes in the security field to ensure a state of readiness.
