I am a Corporate-Commercial Lawyer and act for a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals, small to medium enterprises, not-for-profit organisations, and private companies, both domestically and internationally. My legal expertise spans a wide array of commercial and corporate matters, including the drafting and review of complex contractual documentation—such as asset and share sale agreements, loan agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and service contracts—as well as advising on corporate governance, ASIC compliance, shareholder and board structuring, and constitutional matters.
