Has more than 35 years of relevant managerial and technical experience, 30 years in the Facilities Services and MEP sector. His experience includes Contract / Project Management, Presently employed with a major global consultancy firm engaged in a variety of prestigious projects in the MENA region. He has the ability to prioritize complex workloads, meet strict deadlines, control budget costs and proactively co-ordinate complex project methods and practices. Including the management of Specialist Sub-Contractors. He is extremely experienced in managing the day to day operations on large scale projects. Experienced in the building of RFP documents and Tendering processes and also involved in engaging F. M. Services providers and Specialist sub-Contractors for clients. He holds an MBA in Business Management. He also has a NEBOSH qualification in Health and Safety and is a keen advocate of ensuring all projects adhere stringently to these principles and guidelines.
