About William Penney

I am an experienced, hard-working, and highly competent producer of reality TV. I've done it all from dating shows, to baking shows, to competition shows and everything in between. Most primarily I've worked on Big Brother and the Emmy-winning Amazing Race. At Amazing Race, I moved up over the years to being a producer, where I honed my story instincts, and learned in post to tell the story of the human relationship people have as they're going through stressful situations. At Big Brother, my tireless work ethic and ability to see and produce stories has helped me move up very rapidly (moving up 5 positions in 5 seasons to now being a team lead as Senior Producer). As a team lead, not only have I developed an excellent ability in interviewing cast, but I've also learned to manage people, to help them to grow, and to utilize their skillsets to turn a full reality competition show in three days every single week. It's an unbelievable crash course and has made me an outstanding producer. I am ready for whatever can be thrown at me because I've seen it all by now.
