He has supported cabinet-level executive branch departments, federal agencies, social enterprises and U.S. territories with strategic planning, program management, project management, crisis communications and program evaluation. Mr. Pierce invests in real estate and focuses on multifamily properties in the Western New York region with consistent returns over ~10% and an emphasis on long time horizons. He draws from his diverse professional experiences across four continents as a Peace Corps volunteer, fellow at The Carter Center and clinical researcher. Mr. Pierce is a class of 2019 LEAD Atlanta alumni, completed the German Marshall Fund Euro-Atlantik Seminar in 2021 and conducted international election observation with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). He received his bachelors degree from SUNY Buffalo in biology and his masters in public health, with a concentration in health policy and management from Emory University. Mr. Pierce is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and certified Tableau Desktop Specialist. His goal is to become an Ambassador.
