William Brinkerhoff, Jr. is a long-time Colorado native with strong entrepreneurial roots and a passion for business. Brinkerhoff co-founded Blackriver in 2012, a privately-owned leader in the oil and gas mineral & royalty markets. Blackriver provides like-minded families and investment offices with a premium O&G investment opportunity. The Brinkerhoff family is a staple in the Denver community, with a long tradition in the upstream O&G space as well as operating several local restaurants in Mojave Investments is a family office investment & holding company. We focus on unique teams, assets and opportunities that have an edge in the market. Our industry bias is Energy, Real Estate, Tech, & Hospitality but will consider opportunistic investments in sponsored direct investments and seed stage placements. In addition to passive investments we have a handful of portfolio companies and ventures we operate where our operational expertise is value add. Black Creek (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, “The Companies”) is an oil and gas company focused on the acquisition and management of oil and gas properties in the United States. The firm also provides advisory and property trading services to select clients. The Company has an extensive, multi-decade history in the Permian, Eagle Ford, Rockies, Gulf Coast and Appalachian Basins. BlackCreek leverages proprietary platforms, data, and processes to capture new opportunities. The Company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
