Collaborative: In any professional field, a team oriented approach is necessary. Being able to connect with people from different backgrounds to create something greater than an individual can is vital to seeing success. Whether it is leading with my own ideas or expanding on the ideas of others, I bring a collaborative spirit to any team. Dependable: A trait that drives success in a team setting is dependabilty. I hold my individual work to high standards, and I uphold these same standards when I am working with teams. dependabilty is about being able to support team members and persevere through issues. By being a sounding board for those around me, I can ensure success. Diligent: When working in teams with others I have been described as a diligent worker. My attention to detail and self-motivation sets me apart from other students. In the professional world, diligence is a critical skill because it determines how someone will handle a high stress environment. Through my emphasis on diligence I have been able to repeatedly succeed during my semesters at Indiana University.
