About William Reay

Will Reay is a management consultant who uses Improvisation to empower individuals and organisations to realise their true potential. He is the founder, director and CEO of Speaking With One Voice. Do you need help to tell your company’s story? He is currently working with GIANT Health and growing client portfolio includes Prokarium, Square Enix and West End Stage. A trained actor, Will has worked for leading theatre companies both in the UK and internationally, including King Lear (Chichester & NYC), Henry IV (Bath Theatre Royal), The Collector (Fringe First Winner) and PowerPlay (Hampton Court). It was his connection to a revolutionary Canadian theatre company which led to him becoming both a Improvisation/Communication mentor and events manager. Through years of experience, Will has developed strong organisational and logistical skills. He works autonomously or as a motivational leader helping organisations achieve their goals and objectives. Will’s training as an actor and improviser always colours his work. He works with everyone from actors to corporate teams, from team leader to CEOs. He teaches 1200 students at West End Stage, the country’s leading theatrical summer school for ages 8 to 22. Believe it or not, the 8-year-olds know instinctively how to communicate and tell their story. Viewing the adult as an atrophied child is often where his work starts. Since 2017 Will has been involved in producing. He was appointed to the role of Investment Manager for the Original Theatre Company. His first project, the national tour of ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’, saw him help raise the show’s initial capital. That show went on to become the company’s most successful tour to date.
