About William Regan

I help organizations working for the common good to maximize their ability to make positive contributions. I love to research, analyze, write, and edit. A natural problem-solver, I enjoy organizing people and processes for maximum impact. I communicate insights to those who can best use them for the greater good while teaching others how to maximize their contributions to the world. I have won awards for the highest achievements in my profession, including a rare Presidential Rank Award. I have substantive experience analyzing the top foreign policy and national security issues of the day, writing and briefing for Presidents, Cabinet members, and senior diplomatic, military, law enforcement, and Congressional leaders. I have current experience with non-profits, including executive search, strategic planning, governance, and financial management.
