I am a professional software trainer and operations specialist with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and informatics industries. I take pride in being a quick study of new platforms and systems. I frequently find myself in the position of SME and “go to person" in sales & support, as well as IT & quality assurance. In every task, I try my best to drive a positive UX and customer satisfaction, both internal and external. One of my biggest personal accomplishments was rebranding myself at the age of 30. I ended a successful career in private aviation and fuel services to take on a new adventure in IT. During the years to follow I accepted and succeeded in a series of new challenges, where I continuously gained new technical and interpersonal skills. I treated this time as a continuing education experience. These challenges included: enterprise level customer success management, account management, and sales operations. I look forward to the next challenge and I am prepared to carry on building a legacy of success in my career.
