I pride myself in being adaptable to every situation that I am thrown into, as well as being able to make the most of any situation and find a solution to any problem quickly. I sometimes find the hardest solution, because I know that it is a way that will work, and forge on doing that instead of taking my time to find a potentially better solution. I think that my knowledge of video switching, and how the switching units operate, is a key to my future as a technical director and my engineering background will benefit me in finding new and unique solutions. I have 8 years of experience in broadcasting, and 4 years of experience in advanced video engineering. I have become very familiar with various video switchers and have a deep knowledge of broadcast standards and new technology. With NCN I have broadcasted more than 200 games and events over the 4+ years I have been with the company.
