I have managed maint production divisions which provide components and equipment to customers. I earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial Production Management, Six Sigma Black Belt Cert, and a variety of formal maintenance training. Experiences have made me a team leader and taught me skills needed to thrive in any position. I have an extensive background using root cause analysis to fix process deficiencies and have been awarded for streamlining and correcting deficiencies in processes, which resulted in cost savings, time saved and increased quality-Awarded for proven history in executing plans, achieving results and direct cost savings-2015 leadership and superior technical knowledge enabled him to revamp an "Off Track"division with 82 noted discrepancies to a highly functional division that attained an all-around "On Track" status.” -2013 “became expert in the Advance Skills Management System building a training program that is the standard for all of 2d Marine Aircraft Wing.
