USC Class of 2023 Major: Applied And Computational Mathematics Minor: Business Hello, my name is Billy Schulz. I am a hard working individual with a mind for innovation and opportunity. I am always looking for new ways to grow and prosper both my self and those around me. A little about myself, I am from Fresno, California and have always been great with numbers. From a young age I have been quick on the uptake for nearly everything and tend to hold a unique and innovative perspective on things. I always enjoyed solving difficult problems and questions, but I also loved socializing, communication, and forming connections with all the people around me. When I moved to USC and took my APCM major I knew I wanted to expand past the common STEM mindset and grow my skills into an area where data and numbers were only going to become more important as time goes on. This is why I decided to branch off into the world of business. Here I can bring my math and analytics oriented mind, and bring something unique to the table over an average person. Past that I have started my own business in Fresno and expanded upon it here at USC after recognizing a serious lack of tennis stringers in the USC area. I am always up for learning new things and improving myself, and am currently learning Tableau and SQL among other things.
