I’ve had the privilege of working with brilliant people who have inspired me and made me grow. The skills I’ve been able to gain and hone in on during this period include- Management and pedagogy - Project management - Communication skills - Active listening and emotional intelligence - Proactivity and reactivity Recently, thanks to my experience at AMAZON, I was able to acquire new sets of skills such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or even SQL and Data mining. I am currently working as an operational manager for a service providers program (Facility Management), I am responsible for several sites for which I manage teams and ensure service excellence for our client, AXA. I am responsible for about 40 employees (in-house and outsourced) and we work on a surface area of approximately m² for a total of more than 1100 occupants. My role is mainly focused on the excellence of our services, I hold the «One Team» spirit of my company very high and practice a collaborative and inclusive management. From my first experiences in hospitality, my values have been centered around customer relationship, excellence and surpassing oneself. I am note afraid of investing time and resources into training and developing my teams and partners.
