We are a licensed and insured, full service Home Inspection company located in West Palm Beach. Over 25 years in the construction and residential customer service related industries are what set Beacon Home Inspection Services LLC apart from your typical home inspections service providers. Starting in residential construction in 1986, I soon moved to the more customer service oriented multi-family housing industry in 1990. I remained in the multi-family housing industry until I hired on with General Electric Consumer Industrial selling and servicing GE/Monogram appliances in 2005. Between the years of 1991 and 1994 I've been certified in HVAC & Refrigeration I & II, Residential Electrical I & II, Residential Plumbing I & II, Stationary Engineering I, and Structural Engineering I by The Tampa Bay Technical Institute. I'm also Universally Certified in HVAC refrigerant recovery by Farris State University. During these years working for corporate America the main constants throughout, were safety and liability. These years of safety and liability training are ingrained in me and have carried over into the all of the inspection services that we provide. Above all else, the concern for our clients and their families safety and well being are our top priorities. We are members of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors also know as (InterNACHI). We are also certified members of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). They are among the top institutions for support and continuing education in the home inspection industry as required by the State of Florida. During my time in the multi-family housing industry I oversaw the construction of places such as The Residences of the Reserve at Riverbridge, The Residences at City Place, and The Strand in downtown West Palm Beach. Beacon Home Inspection Services was established in 2004 and since then has proudly been serving Palm Beach, Martin, and Okeechobee counties.
