About William Scott

I’m a care advocate, teaching artist, and service-driven facilitator who believes in the power of structure and story to transform lives. Across my career, I’ve supported clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, coordinated group bookings and guest care, created trauma-informed arts programming for students, and trained staff in both clinical and customer service settings. I bring clarity, empathy, and creative problem-solving to every role—whether that’s helping a family navigate complex systems, coaching a client through a behavior plan, or building a moment of connection through performance or poetry. I’m passionate about the intersection of healing, creativity, and community, and continuing to grow in roles that center people, purpose, and equity. My long-term vision includes graduate study in clinical social work and applied theatre, with a focus on making care more accessible, collaborative, and humane.
