With over 29 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I am a seasoned district manager with proven skills in P&L management, sales forecasting, human resources, and training. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams. I currently oversee 7 corporately owned Arby's restaurants, representing 9 million in annual sales and 165 staff members. I am committed to supporting Arby's mission, vision, and values, and bringing a diverse and inclusive perspective to the organization. In my current role, I lead daily business review calls, manage weekly sales forecasts and schedules, conduct performance reviews and evaluations, and establish a strong team bench with effective training. I also recruit, hire, and train staff for growth, leading the way in turnover reduction. I ensure accurate weekly and period paperwork, annual budget planning, and P&L responsibility. I execute marketing plans and lead new product training. I audit inventory and maintain equipment. I have successfully implemented quality, safety, and sanitation standards across my district. I have also received multiple recognition awards for my outstanding results and leadership.
