As an apprentice at Geo Agriculture, I am a member of the existing business team and play a key role in the current data migration process, which is a significant workflow for the company. My responsibilities include ensuring the timely and accurate transfer of data, as well as providing support for other team members when required. I proactively seek out opportunities to challenge myself and enhance my skill set. I am confident in my ability to pay attention to every detail, ensuring that my communication is clear, concise, and error-free. I am eager to take on new challenges and am always pushing myself to achieve more. I am genuinely interested in the insurance industry, with a particular focus on the agricultural insurance sector.Before joining Geo Agriculture, I worked as a trainee operations manager for The Log Shed LTD. In this role, I gained valuable experience in managing site operations and overseeing team members to ensure the smooth running of the business. Through my work, I developed strong skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, which have proven invaluable in my current role at Geo Agriculture.When I'm not working, I love getting active and participating in sports. I've been lucky enough to captain both football and cricket teams, which not only keeps me fit, but also gives me the chance to build friendships and work on my leadership skills.
