U.S. Army veteran, living my passion through a career in aviation problem-solving. I'm always striving to make my surroundings more efficient and effective in their application and results. When setting out to accomplish new goals or targets, I try to envision what success looks like and work backward from there, adjusting the course of action as necessary. I continuously pursue professional development opportunities to increase my knowledge and experience through hard work, dedication, and networking. I earned an aviation specific MBA to enrich my industry business knowledge in areas such as strategic leadership, organizational behavior, data analytics, and change management. Furthering my academic education has provided a closer look at the ever-changing global dynamics of business in the 21st century. Global commerce and business strategies determine the trajectory of our collective advancement into the future, and I plan to become an integral part of the positive solutions that will become the benchmarks of our tomorrows. I consider myself to be optimistic, motivated, creative, and a “think outside of the box” professional. I choose to see obstacles and challenges in life as possible opportunities, NOT dead ends. I genuinely enjoy motivating and encouraging others to be happy, confident, and successful. I strive to teach, coach, and mentor to bring the very best efforts to the surface, so we can succeed together and achieve target objectives.
