I am one of the fortunate people in the world who LOVES what I am privileged to do for work.I pride myself on quality and service, I believe that all projects have an order to them, I would count safety and customer satisfaction at the top of that list. I believe in building clients for life, as a part of that philosophy I begin on day one, to build a relationship based on trust and integrity.My education in Project Management/ Project Safety and Business Development and Security makes me a valued part of any team.My experience in real estate acquisitions and rehabilitation management as well as new construction gives me the winning edge to succeed in today’s market.I deliver a successful product in a way that inspires clients for life.Business Development is an ongoing process, it doesn't end once the job is "paid" for. It can be a challenge to meet every customers demands but I thrive on challenging projects, so providing quality service, for me, is a win win solution. I have spent over 30 years in the construction industry as a Project Manager or Superintendent on multi-million dollar projects and as a Business Development Specialist for a medium sized business. I am educated in Project Management, PMBOK, attained at the Villanova University in conjunction with the PMI institute. I am OSHA 30 certified, I am a Leeds associate (in design and wind power) I have extensive experience in staffing, design, budget and scheduling, as well as risk management and architectural development of projects,(design build).I am in this business because it's what I love to do. My father once told me, find something that you really enjoy doing in life, and you will be successful. I count myself as a very successful person.
