About William Stevenson

Bill has over 30 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, business development, and Board involvement. During his career he has served in senior leadership roles at dmc2 Corporation a multi-national specialty ceramics, chemicals, and coatings company and Emerson Electric (EMR), a diversified global manufacturing, technology, and engineering company in the Automation Solutions and Commercial and Residential Solutions sectors. He has also served in leadership roles at companies such as UDCom and Ferro Corporation (FOE), a global manufacturer of performance materials for industry. He has extensive international experience with over 20 years of technical sales and relationships in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Another area of Bill's expertise is in business development with an emphasis in early stage open-innovation, strategic alliances, and joint development partnerships. His senior level background provides for thought leadership in change management, organizational culture, behavior, and vision ownership. Recent past activity involved global consultive services in the areas of culture and leadership. Bill has served on the Board for Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio. He is past President of the Advisory Board for Leadership Unlimited, a national organization committed to the awareness and development of community infrastructure and service. He is past President of Braintree, an Edison business incubator for manufacturing and industrial technology. Other passion-based Board involvement includes Lifework Leadership, a national business and community leadership program. He attended Alfred University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ceramic Engineering and Colorado Christian University for his MBA with an emphasis in leadership.
