I have a history of excelling in management and administration even though my personal skills and experiences include many labor related industries.* Intelligence Specialist for the U.S. Marine Corps and made E-5 in less than 6 years;* Medical Assistant for a company that promoted me to Assistant Manager within my first 6 months;* Instrumental team lead that started a new practice from scratch to become one of the leading Sports Medicine facilities in the area;* Started an in-house billing office that was making profit by month 6 when even Medicare says it takes 8-10 months;* Started an Occupational Medicine department and made it profitable within the first 7 months;* Started a Medical Records Quality Assurance position in which I reviewed all medical records for a 24 hour facility to ensure completeness, correctness, coding and billing requirements were met and increased the revenue as well as speeding up the time to get paid.* When I returned to Louisiana in 2011, I was introduced to the Petroleum Exploration industry and was promoted from temp-data entry to a Geological Technician within the 1st year and kept excelling until my title became Sr. Geological Technician within 2 years.
