About William Suchy

I am currently in my Senior year at Concordia Moorhead and I am majoring in Sales/Marketing, Management, along with a minor in Communications. In my previous years I went to Alexandria Area High school and finished with 21 college credits which assisted me in my education, I earned multiple scholarships like Elks Foundation and Granite Equity which assisted me with the finances of attending a private college. In the summers I worked a variety of jobs that have given me valuable skills. For the first summer I was a Floor manager for Massman Automation (manufacturing company) and that gave me experience dealing with other people and also communication skills, talking the the employee, idenfitying a problem, and brainstorming a solution. The second summer I was a Foreman's assistant for Buttweilers Do-All which is a roofing company based out of Alexandria. Working for a roofing company isn't the easiest, hard days, long hours, and dangrous work. But it taught me about work ethic and determination and nothings for free. I value communication and collaboration because I have seen the positive impacts in my life and how it is often the best way to find solutions. Integrity and keeping your word have also benefited me because trust and keeping your word is the basis of all the good things that have came out of my life, schooling, work experience, and many other aspects. Keeping values and upholding them keep you real and relatable which I believe is important.
