About William Sweet

I am a senior at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. I am majoring in Operations management with a minor in Sociology. I am extremely interested in diving deeper into an operational role, as I enjoy finding and creating solutions to challenging problems. This gathered together with my interest in social concepts through my study of sociological concepts has fueled my passion is to working within the sports world, in a role that allows me to utilize my operational skills, in addition to aiding in my ability to utilize my skills in iterating within a competitive team environment. My experience thus far has led me to lead a team with the peer forward organization, where I helped plan and organize the movement of equipment and the implementation of events throughout a workshop season. In addition to aiding in the successful operation of numerous Division 1 NCAA ACC team events. This has culminated in my work aiding the logistical operation of the Boston College Division 1 men's basketball program throughout the practice sessions and games that are conducted throughout the season. Furthermore, I have been managing the safety well-being, and health of members of the Boston College community through my work being a Residental Assistant at Boston College.
