As an Assessment Trainer at Community Integrated Services, I help adults with intellectual and physical disabilities find meaningful employment opportunities. I conduct observations, generate progress reports, and provide daily support and supervision to individuals in their job placements. I also maintain digital confidentiality and adhere to privacy protocols when handling sensitive information and data.I have a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Southern Indiana, where I graduated magna cum laude. I have a passion for natural sciences and outdoor recreation. In my previous role at Oklahoma State University, I advised and developed action plans for over 350 students, and served as a co-lead on the student recruitment team. I speak and write intermediate-level Spanish and have excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
