I have been in the construction industry for 6 years and have grown to love it. There is joy knowing I helped build something useful. I have learned how to navigate communication with different project stakeholders involved and steering a project from conception to completion. In my current role as a Project Manager with Insight Group I manage all aspects of quality control, facilitate data distribution, and manage budgets. I have learned the importance of balancing differing client needs and end project goals. I excel at forging lasting relationships with all project stakeholders to build rapport over time and to lay foundations for collaboration. Outside of work, I am passionate about outdoor activities like hiking and fishing, which has taught me patience and the importance of careful planning as well as being able to think on your feet.
