Focus on cost reduction within the production and maintenance areas. People development and training. Experience in the standards of electromechanical installations, VASS (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda) in the body shop area. Experience in launching new car models in the body and paint shops area, participating in the construction and installation stages of the production processes, the first cars and final release for the start of production. Development and implementation of energy generation and distribution systems (hot water, compressed air and electricity) to supply production processes and the building at Volkswagen of Brazil.
