About William Toti

I am a human resources professional who is a SHRM-CP Certified Professional with certificates in Human Resources Management and Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, and Society with a concentration in Homeland Security from George Mason University graduating cum laude. I am currently a Human Resources Generalist at Craig Technologies supporting the mission in aerospace. I pride myself on my ability to understand the "team dynamic." After all, the most important aspect of Human Resources is the "human" part. My professional acumen can be described as attentive, communicative and empathetic with an emphasis on mission completion. I believe the success of an organization boils down to the sum of its parts, and the interconnectedness that should come along with that. I hold practical and leaderships skills in a wide array of experiences in law enforcement, government sales, technical recruiting and human resources compliance and administration in the fields of government contracting, transportation and logistics and financial sectors. I would love to connect, so shoot me a note.
