I am an experienced trial and appellate litigator representing corporate clients across a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation cases, including banking, insurance, and various corporate transactions. I have delivered outstanding results for clients, particularly in the following areas:Commercial and Fiduciary Litigation Leveraging a robust client base in the banking sector, I represent regional, national, and international banks in matters such as lender liability, RICO, the Truth in Lending Act, the False Claims Act, and fiduciary liability.
