In one interview, the late, great Kobe Bryant said there is one quote he tries to live by in life: “Rest at the end, not in the middle”. He said this was a quote from his English teacher Mr Fisk at Lower Marion. After watching this, I asked myself, “what is the quote I try to live my life by?” “Chase your dreams” would be it for me. As the future continues to be a difficult pace to predict with the on-going uncertainties that face the world, I think it’s important to have some idea of what you want to do, where you want to be. Fortunately for me, I’m already doing what I want to do. Chasing my dreams has meant becoming a people person, a listener, a Chartered Accountant, a leader.
