My job is a constant round robin of planning site visits (file audits and physical inspections) to LIHTC properties and writing the corresponding reports. Typically, I am wrapping up last quarter, working in this quarter and planning next quarter. At the same time collecting end of year data and auditing files for one state. This is all managed through spreadsheets. It requires great time management, attention to detail, leadership and strong communication and computer skills. I also interact with every level of personnel at each property to include the owners/investors, the management company, the LIHTC compliance department, office managers, as well as the maintenance staff. I also interact with the tenants at each property during the physical inspections.
