I love solving problems. Be it Sudoku, spider solitaire, a tough schedule, or an intricate group dynamic. I love deconstructing things, people, and problems; finding their root, and figuring out how to move forward. My solutions are often more creative than conventional, but they are usually effective. I lead by influence and example rather than by charisma and proclamations. I rely on my ability to build relationships rather than monopolizing the conversation. I am a data geek and numbers cruncher who loves logic, but constantly searches for better, more efficient ways to do something. I love learning; tackling new subject matter, teaching myself new software, or watching a documentary on Peter Norman (I didn't know him either before I watched it).
