About William Wilson

26+ years in multiple roles at Micron Technology. As one of ~40 business process owners I provide audit training and support for IATF/ISO audits, customer audits, and internal QMS audits. I ensure process alignment between 17 global finished goods and materials warehouses. I maintain business process management documents, including context and linear process diagrams, FMEA/QCP, work instructions, and other process support documentation. I manage an international team with varying responsibilities including process support, software development, requirements evaluation, team member training, and document creation/maintenance. I have traveled to multiple domestic and international sites and participated in site startup, QMS integration, and UAT activities. I have managed projects to eliminate deviations, automate processes, determine process risks and treatments, and improve the effectiveness of the QMS system.
