Willy began his insurance career after 20 years as an employee then owner of Greenwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Richmond. Following in his father’s footsteps, he came to be dedicated to the cemetery industry until the cemetery was sold to Stewart Enterprises in 1994. In 1998, Willy began his career as a benefits insurance consultant. The experience gained by working at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and another local firm, prompted him to form Wise Benefits in 2004. Willy joined SIMA Benefits Group in 2015. Willy has more than 24 years’ experience in consulting with businesses on Health, Dental, Disability, Life insurance and other employee benefits.
