As a Warehouse Manager at GT's Living Foods, I oversee the operations and logistics of a fast-growing company that produces organic and probiotic beverages. I have more than 10 years of experience in warehouse management, order fulfillment, and inventory control, and I am passionate about delivering quality products and services to our customers. In my current role, I manage a team of up to 90 employees and three direct supervisors across three shifts, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment and shipping processes. I also plan and execute facility moves, write and implement SOPs, and maintain lot control for multiple warehouse locations. Additionally, I have improved the operational performance of our Amazon account by implementing and maintaining effective processes. I am always looking for ways to cut costs, optimize efficiency, and increase productivity, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
