April 23, 2012, I was hired as Operations Control Assistant, contractual for 5 months, at Worksavers Personnel Services Inc, a manpower agency in which Ayala Property Management Corp, a real estate management subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc, as their main client which later on I was assigned with. I was designated in Operations Control Center and we operate 24 hours every day in a week consisting of 2-3 manpower in shifting schedule. Our main duties as Operations Control Assistant were to oversee the overall Operations Control Center for all APMC properties nationwide, monitor property activities and observe operations for any irregular activities, monitor incidents in all managed properties, Draft and complete reports daily and coordinate with property managers. I lasted until July 15, 2013, for 1 year and 3 months. A day after, July 16, 2013, I was hired at Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc, a telecommunication company well known as Sun Cellular, as Customer Solutions Officer wherein we act in the Wireless Center as front line and acts as a SUN Cellular ambassador, oversees end-to-end requests of subscriber, handles recording of sales transactions, forecasting, and managing stocks, and engages the customers by responding to their concerns and request. I resigned dated September 25, 2016.
