I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 17 years. I’m a freelancer that likes to work in different industries to get a better understanding of how things operate. I’ve achieved so many things in my life from graduating with an associate degree in computer information to technology. Opened a hotel with little to no experience. As the assistant general manager I work hard to make sure every person that comes to are hotel is welcome no matter what. I enjoy being around different types of people. That way I get a better understanding of where they come from. I love what I do but want to reach to the stars and be successful in life. I know I’m a great leader that would never let anyone down and won’t take no for an answer. I believe that no one can be successful without a great leader and a great team that can work together and communicate. One of my greatest achievements is the Hilton property that I helped open up is still one number on trip advisor and still competing against 30 other hotels in the same area as well as other Hilton properties across the globe. I’m looking to grow and want more challenges in my life. Building a bigger life for myself and for any company that wants the same thing.
