About Willis Chinn

I want to make people be better and feel better about themselves. Either with Lifestyle coaching or movement coaching via Parkour. I strive to look at the individual and assess their goals and find ways to help them meet those goals. Sometimes we know what we want, but we don't know why. Mostly because society tells us so. I intend to reach deeper to help see the bigger picture of what the heart wants. With parkour, we were intended to move naturally and to play. As we aged, we stopped touching the ground, we suited up, and became stiff as it were. Play isn't just meant for children, it is for everyone. I intend to help redevelop motor skills via natural movement like parkour, yoga, dance to name a few. I will look at your background and whatever mobility you have and help you reach whatever goal you want for yourself with progression or challenges.
