I am Willis McCartney, an Operations and Business Manager at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, a non-profit organization that operates a network of high-performing public charter schools in Los Angeles. With over four years of experience in this role, I have a passion for improving the quality and efficiency of daily operations, while leading and developing diverse teams to achieve set targets and deliver excellent customer service. I have a Masters degree in Applied Psychology in Organizational Management and Consumer Behavior from the University of Southern California, Bachelors in Business Administration from Cal Poly Humboldt, and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Loyola Marymount University. I leverage my strong educational background and analytical skills to streamline processes, enhance functionality of systems, influence organizational decision-making, and facilitate strategic initiatives.
